Mercedes was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in October 2020. Prior thereto, Mercedes worked in the legal department as a non-attorney of a major bank where she processed subpoenas, warrants, and garnishments. New to litigation upon joining Welsh, Wales & Fry, PLC, Mercedes has already proven an innate penchant for navigating and managing complex legal matters. Mercedes is a member of the Maricopa Bar Association and sits on the Association’s Construction Section Board, where she attends monthly meetings and has taken charge of planning the organization’s charity activities. She is also pursuing admission to the California State Bar to facilitate serving clients through dual admissions in Arizona and California.
