Andrew Soule is an associate attorney with Welsh, Wales & Fry, PLC, practicing in the firm’s Oregon office. Andrew represents insurance carriers, individuals, and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including insurance defense, personal injury, construction defect and other general litigation.

Since being admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2021, Andrew has gained experience across every stage of the litigation process, including case investigation, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, and more. He is committed to giving each client’s case the attention, preparation, and care it deserves. By thoroughly understanding the facts, legal issues, and the client’s objectives, he works to develop tailored strategies aimed at achieving the best possible outcome. This approach ensures that every matter - regardless of size or complexity - is handled with diligence, clear communication, and a steadfast focus on protecting the client’s interests.



Andrew earned his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan University Law School in 2018 and relocated to Oregon shortly thereafter to begin his legal career. He takes a practical and results-driven approach to practicing the law, recognizing when resolution through negotiation or alternative dispute resolution may serve the client’s best interests, while remaining ready and willing to take cases to trial when warranted.
